Origins and Ownership

This partnership marked one of several instances in which a real estate investment trust (REIT) collaborated with an operator to revamp underperforming gaming properties.

Upon opening, the facility offered a range of amenities, including more than 120 table games, 2,000 slot machines, and poker rooms. The casino area covers over 160,000 square feet, making it one of Ohio’s largest gaming floors in terms of space.
The venue also features several dining options, such as Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, a renowned Southern-style fried chicken eatery with multiple locations across the United States. Additional food and beverage choices include a Hard Rock Cafe location within the property.
